PasteLub ® 10/12

Fitting and release paste.

PasteLub 10/12 is an antiseizure and lubrication agent in a metallic basis developed according to the latest finding in tribology, which operates at temperatures from -180° to +1300°.
An antioxidation additive with wear-reducing and corrosion protective inhibitors provides an excellent long-term protection against seizure and corrosion.
For: Screw connections of all kinds, static and moving construction elements, steel and machine industry, jointed connections on building machines, lubrication of open gears and spindles, operational maintenance in the chemical industry, seals as a release agent, manhole covers, lubrication of bolts and bushes in brake linkages in the area of motor and rail vehicles as well as agricultural machinery.
Performance Features
Even after many years of exposure to high temperatures and loads and aggressive environmental factors, it is possible to dismantle the treated parts.

PasteLub ® R

Strongly adhesive special lubricant for Buffer.

PasteLub R consists of synthetic esters, polymers, solid lubricants and additives. It considerably reduces the friction losses and the material wear that arise during extreme pressure loading. Excellent long-term protection against seizure and corrosion. It is also very suitable for buffers and rolling mill pins.
PasteLub R is free of lead, chlorine, sulphur, phosphor, mineral oil and rape seed oil! Its solid lubricant proportion is 25%.
Performance Features
Even when applied thinly, PasteLub R forms a non-soluble lubrication film that adheres extremely strongly to buffer plates and is easily transferred. Economical in use. The film also does not wash off in washing stations. Even under extreme pressure and heat loading, PasteLub R remains stable over a long time period, and thereby guarantees constant lubrication.

Pantotec DK

Contact wire anti-freeze agent.

Pantotec DK prevents the icing of the contact wire during the winter months for trams and other rail vehicles with overhead lines, and trolley buses. Pantotec DK is a mixture of glycols, polymers and additives. It does not form any gumming on the contact wire.
Performance Features
Pantotec DK has a very high adhesion and remains in dry weather over several days the contact wire. After heavy rain or snow, the process is repeated.
Pantotec DK can sprayed accurately onto the contact wire using a contact wire de-icing system. IGRALUB can organise a suitable system on request.

HT PU 680

Water-resistant high temperature lubricating grease.

HT PU 680 is a high temperature lubrication grease with synergistic action of EP additives.
It has an excellent pressure absorption capability and has a very good resistance tom water. Additional properties are:

CeramLub ® 35 purple

High-temperature ceramic paste for brake systems.
Fitting and release paste.

CeramLub 35 purple contains more than 30% of solid lubricants on a ceramic basis, which prevent tribo-corrosion and produce an excellent release effect up to +1600°C.
CeramLub 35 purple is used as an antiseizure paste for all standard metallic materials because it contains no electrochemically active metals.
For the tightening and lubrication of cylinders, gear wheels, shafts, bolts, springs, Bowden cables, brake and steering rods, brake cylinders, jaws, calipers, threaded spark plugs, screw exhaust fittings, set screws, wheel bolts etc.

The paste contains no electrically conducting components that could lead to short-circuits in the electrical connections of ABS sensors or in wear detectors.

BSS ® Brake Service Spray

High-performance compound on a metallic basis for disc and drum brakes.

Disc and drum brakes are vulnerable to the penetration of moisture and dirt. This has the result that the even braking behavior will be heavily impaired.
Due to the mechanical movement of the parts, BSS is pressed into the pores of the metallic surface, the depressions will be filled and the treated surface will be increased. The coating that results provides excellent protection against the penetration of water, dirt and salt.

Hydrosynt HEES

Biodegradable hydraulic oil.

Performance Features
Synthetic, mineral oil-free, biodegradable and extremely shear-stable multigrade hydraulic oils. HYDROSYNT has a very favorable viscosity-temperature behavior (very high VI), is equally resistant to high temperatures as cold-stable and has excellent oxidation, stability and excellent corrosion protection – elastomer compatibility. It does not paint seals and machines, has no tendency to foam formation. Has a very good wear protection.
